How To Show Respect Around Others

Hello fellow viewers,

Welcome back to my blog. Today I have some interesting work that I have put up. I have wrote a Canva which was a really good site that I have worked on. I had to write about how to show kindness, because we have to Respect all others. What I enjoyed is that I got to learn another incredible website. What I found interesting is that while I was writing, I found some cool stuff to put on my work. What I learnt is that I learned more interesting stuff like Canva. What I found hard is that, I had to find out how kindess works, like our May Road value ways. Respect All Others.

My Amazing Ad Making

 Welcome fellow viewers,

For this week Phil had put up an really fun Cybersmart activities we had to do. This was the best of them all, because we had to make an Advert. We had to make about the school and to welcome the new students. We had to also make the Advert so the new students could learn our May Road way. We had to be in a group of 5 or 4. The part that I enjoyed was that me and my group got to make an Advert for the first time, which was fun. What I learnt is that during the time we filmed our Advert, we got to post it on our blog. The interesting part was that we got take turns participating in it. The challenging part was that, we got to use the school motto which is..

Value Yourself

Value Your Learning

Respect all others

Lunch time activities Part 3

 Hello fellow viewers,

Welcome back to another blog post. Today out teacher gave us another problem to work which was harder than the other ones. The problem was about like how much time the P.E monitors got for a school week. What I enjoyed is that I got to work in pairs again to solve it out. What I learnt is that I got to finally work the problem out with my buddie so we could post it on our blog like right now. What I found interesting is that the hours were going lower with each problem. The challenging bit was that we had to try work out the answer.

Here is an example.

Lunch time activities Part 2

Greetings fellow bloggers,

Today we have done another Math problem but this is part 2. When the problem came out the teacher had added more to it. The thing that I enjoyed is that we got to work on another Maths problem. What I learnt is that me and my partner had to work together to work out the problem. What I found hard, is that the problem was pretty hard but we eventually got the answer.

Here is an example.

Lunch time activities Part 1

Greetings fellow bloggers,

Welcome back to another blog post. For today I have written an google draw about a Math problem. Our teacher had put a problem on TV and we had to work in pairs to work it out. While we were working we had to either agree disagree and ask questions and most importantly listen carefully. While I was working I enjoyed having time to work on the Math problem because we couldn't do it as a group in ages because of Covid. What I found interesting is that me and my group finished it in 2 days and the other people in class just finished it in like 5 mins. What I learnt is that I got to think before I speak or write because sometimes it might be an mistake. What I found challenging is that there was some hard questions to answer but I worked with my group so we could work together to solve the problem. So it took some time and we got it 💯% right.

My Adventures🤓 Throughout The Museum

Bonjour fellow viewers,

Welcome back to another looooong and amazing blog post. On Wednesday 4th Nov our class had to the Museum🥳. So we could learn about the history of some gallery's we went to like the Origin Gallery where the Dinos are. What I enjoyed while I was in the Museum is that I got to discover new things I never heard of before. What I learnt is that I got to learn new things because we already new some things about some gallery's but we got to learn more. What I found interesting is that we got to learn and experienced, how the things there actually worked. Like there was an volcano room and the ground shook like an earthquake so that is what I experienced. What I found challenging is that the new things we discovered at the Museum we had to write about it on a google docs. I really enjoyed writing about it.

Hope you enjoy

On a cloudy Wednesday Room 15 was prepared to go out on a trip to the one and only….. Auckland Museum!!!!. We couldn’t just leave yet because The Whole Kauri team had to come. That is of course, Rm 14, Rm,11, and Rm 12. We were put in groups, I was lucky because I got to be with my friend. It was Me=(Daniel), Garv, Mubarak, Robert, Aryan, and Nikhil. We had to put our lunchboxes in one bag and that was pretty hard. We had to remove the things that were inside the bag. Before we left, everyone in my class had to have Morning Tea first. What I had was crunchy rice crackers as my snack. After that the bus was here at about 10:00 Am.

We were ready to go, I was so excited. When we were in our groups we had to get paired up with a partner. My partner was Garv. When we got on the bus and went to our seats. I was lucky because I was  next to the window, and Garv was next to me quite sad. When the bus went off it looked pretty cool cause we were passing some houses and beautiful trees on the way there. The drive was so long that I felt like I was going to sleep but my friend made a joke and made me laugh.

Me and my friend were just making jokes until we arrived. So when the bus had arrived. The Museum was so GIGANTIC!!!!!!! that it looked like standing in front of the Sky tower but the Sky Tower is bigger though. Auckland Museum | Activities & Tours in Auckland, New ZealandIt was so big that I wanted to see it more because I was super duper excited. Everyone got together and sat on the stairs because the hosts of the Museum were going to talk to us. They were greeting us first then telling us they like no eating and no drinking inside the Museum. When the hosts were finished talking that's when our adventure started.

When we went inside it looked so awesome that I felt like going on my own. Garv had to lock up his bag in a cage to keep it secured so no one would have stolen it. We were on the Ground floor and we were about to go to Lvl 1. When we got up the long huge stairs we came across Sir Edmund Hillary the guy who was on the 5$ note, We saw his pickaxe but it was fake anyways.

We went up to the Origin exhibition on floor 1 where the dinosaurs and fossils were. There were dinosaurs with bones, One of the hosts said that the bones aren’t real they are just made out of plastic. We saw the giant Moa, the host said they don’t actually look like that. The fluffy feathers are really Ostrich feathers which completely shocked me. We saw Rajah the Elephant and he was really humongous. Origins - Level one - Auckland War Memorial MuseumThe history of Rajah - Blog - Auckland War Memorial Museum

Land - Level one - Auckland War Memorial Museum

We went into the Land exhibition next, on floor 1. Where the birds, insects and the reptiles. When we were in that place it was really cool because we got to see the eggs of some birds like the Kiwi. We also saw a cave which we went inside and it was really creepy but we saw a slug which looked really yuck. We went out and walked in where the sea creatures were like a ferocious shark. It had really sharp teeth. We were heading out and seeing what we were going to do next.

Next we left to the Volcano exhibition but instead we went inside the

Auckland Museum's Lost Civilisation – EyeContactAncient Worlds on floor 1. We weren't supposed to go in there but we did for a girl in our class (Shamili) It is basically Egyptian stuff like the Mummy which had an Sarcophagus (It's like an Egyptian coffin for the  Royals). We saw the jewels and pots and more and it looked pretty cool.

Volcanoes - Level one - Auckland War Memorial Museum

Finally we arrived at the Volcano exhibition on floor 1. We had seen a big volcano that had like lava coming down, and ash making the clouds grey but it was fake anyways. We saw a rock and it could play music because we had to bang it with a rubber hammer and it was awesome. There was a house and we had to wait in line to go inside because there was something that was going to happen in there. When it was our turn we had gone inside and sat down and the TV just turned automatically. It told us the news about the Volcano under the sea, while they were talking the lights started flickering. Then the ground started to shake and rumble, the signal of the TV turned off. Suddenly it was so dark that it looked like night time already, an explosion had happened and the waves forced towards the house and it cracked the window. The ground shook again and everything went back to normal and we got out and moved on to the next exhibition.Travelogue: Auckland - Jonathan Lee

The next exhibition we went to was the Pacific Life-ways on the ground floor. That’s where some of the Pacific artifacts and old weapons were. We also had seen a huge Canoe

that I felt like hoping on. We saw some paintings like a Tapa Cloth which was awesome because it was made by hand from the Pacifica not only that but the design and the patterns were just so, so coooool. After that we moved on to the next gallery.

The next gallery was the Māori Natural History on floor 1.

Maori-nh 560

That’s where the Māori artifacts were placed and we saw different kinds of objects like wood carvings and more. There were also some birds and insects while at it. There were also some big statues and they were way bigger than you think and they had carvings as well. I was walking around then I noticed that I wasn’t with my group and ended up in another group because so excited I went off. Eventually I got back and we all moved on to the next gallery.

The next exhibition was at the Māori Court on the Ground floor.

We saw a lot of Māori artifacts and much much more we got to see Maori weapons and some gear that helped them arrive in New Zealand in the old days. There were so many artifacts I couldn’t count them all. There was a Marae which some people went inside, but before they went in they had to take their shoes off. I didn’t go in but I did stay outside and saw some really detailed design patterns around the Marae. We saw a big canoe but not only was it really long. It’s because the lots and lots of Māori came on it and they came to

New Zealand 🇳🇿🇳🇿. We had to leave for our last gallery for the day which was really really sad😢. I wanted to see more😢 but I couldn’t.

For the last gallery we went to see was the Pacific Masterpieces.

Pacific Masterpieces gallery

For this gallery we had seen our culture artifacts like there was an

Tongan aisle, Samoan aisle, Fijian aisle, Niuean aisle and much more. For some of them they had like jewels and some of them had like culture clothes and some incredible weapons like spears. There were also some photos of them too and there was the third canoe I had seen and after we had to leave to have some lunch.

So when we had lunch I ate delicious nutella bread and some yogurt. When we finished we got to play on the fields and it was pretty fun. Me and my friends See-me Tauni Mapa were playing catches with a ball. After lunch we had to get ready to say bye to the museum because we had to leave to go back to school. When we got back to school we were playing some Prodigy until we got to go home.

My Unimaginable Thoughts About The Internet As An Adult

Hello fellow bloggers,

Welcome back to another wonderful blog post. I have created another lucid chart which was awesome💯. So what I had to write is that me and my group had to create

My Thoughts About The Internet As An Adult. What I have enjoyed is that I got to write on lucid chart again but only that I liked how I had to write about my thoughts of the internet as an adult. What I learnt is that the internet is hard to get because you don't get it for free you have to pay for it. What I found interesting is that I got to find more about the internet so I got write some more information. What I found challenging is that I had to read this article which was really hard and to loooooooong.

Here is an example.

Incredible Maori Games You Can Learn From 💯💯

Hello fellow viewers,

Welcome back to another incredible blog post. Today I have worked on my reading and it was really awesome because I used lucid chart once again. Which was really really mind blowing🤯🤯 (Boom). I read a book called Maori Games which told us that when there were no technology. There were wicked outdoors and indoor games that they have played like wrestling and acrobatics and others. I had to gather my information🧐 and write on my lucid chart. What I enjoyed is that I got to use the same app I used and that was really super duper cool. What I have learnt is that when there is nothing to do you can do other things. What I found interesting is that I got to learn that you don't need the internet sometimes because you outside to play. What I found hard is that I had to get information of of that book because there some tricky Maori words to pronounce.
